I decided to take up knitting, but had no idea where to start so I popped into the shop today to find the lady there was very helpful. Don't be fooled by the shop front, it may look slightly derelict but the inside is jam packed - quite literally - with everything a knitter could want I'm sure! The opening hours I believe are 9-5 Monday - Friday except Wednesday afternoon when it closes. As a local lady, I will be going back if I need anything else or any help.
I needed ribbon to wrap some flowers and walked all over didcot looking for some. Then someone suggested Knit Knacks saying they have all the ribbon I could want and they were right!! Got exactly what I wanted. I didn't buy any wool this time, but there was soooo much. The lady who works there was really helpful and sweet. The shop was a bit hectic, so be warned neat freaks!
Closed at 1pm on saturday. Either the open times are wrong or staff had gone away. 4 customers tried to get in and couldn't.
