I arranged a house clearance in Birmingham via Betel. After numerous attempts with other companies/organisations who failed to even view the job Betel sent their rep to view the clearance, quote a competitive price and arranged all very professionally. On the day of the collection 26/4 Nathan and Boz both arrived, parked in a very difficult spot and cleared the property in a very short time frame. Great service, really nice lads, hard working, polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others. Keep up the great work.

I recently bought a table and four chairs from Betel Solihull. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Plus you are helping a great charity. The photo is from their website. I would strongly recommend visiting Betel Restored  before trying other options.

I purchased 2x really reasonably priced sofa's I'm extremely happy with both the friendly service and prompt delivery. Really happy with the overall experience with Betel in Yardley Wood. Brilliant charity as well :

DO NOT WASTE  YOUR TIME offering these clowns any donations of furniture!! They don't give you a better time than between 10-5.00 for a collection. So having waited 3 hours for them to take three very good sectional bookcases,one of which was Minty barristers they had to photo them to send to manager who said no! they wouldn't have them! They were all in good condition.

Rang to donate a sofa. The guy who picked up was very abrupt and cut me whilst speaking saying they don’t want sofas and ended the conversation there. Bad customer service considering people want to be helpful and donate but this guy lacked basic manners

Be aware before organising collection.  Arranged collection of two good sofas and drivers refused to collect as 'we already have similar sofas in the shop'. The excuse given is that it is up to the drivers discretion but how do we know what is in the shop already?  I thought charities rely on donations and the goodwill of the public.  Luckily Shelter have said they will always collect so long as goods are in good condition and with fire label.  At least they are grateful.
