I loved the cafe! I dont know why they removed it. I was a regular weekly customer who came with my family. The cafe manager and one staff member were very kind and friendly to us and gave us some loyalty drinks! I really wish it could come back. On the other hand, the prices are fair and the quality of things are great!
Absolutely disgusting service from the manager Jamie in Balsall Health Birmingham. Just went in there with my elderly father to buy some storage boxes the price said £4.50 when at the till it said £7.50. I was then told by Jamie that as a customer I was wrong because they had put the item in the wrong place and that I as a customer should have read the ticket which is unreadable. Never experienced anything like it ever!!! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star
this place is big and spacious, for everything home related you can think of plenty of parking spaces, and there's good bargains if you look out for them , my Mrs and her sister literally die to go their it's like their dream just to visit it , they don't just window shop they want to buy anything even if we don't need it
Hi thanks for prompt delivery. Happy with my furniture. Will be giving 5 stars once assembled .disappointed with the delivery. Left upside down, when it clearly says on the box, fragile this way up can cause damage. I asked the guy can you turn it for me because I got a bad back. He said No it’s fine. Really good shop with a professional lady manager, and you can find nice things for your home with good or excellent quality. But when Pakistani or Muslim customers are coming there the atmosphere becomes so bad and unsafe because their behaviour with others is so streng and bad and u have to tell the security or managers.

The Dunelm always has good inspiring ideas for the home. My only complaint is that sometimes things are advertised on the site for a particular shop you go there and are told it is not sold there. Overall it is a great place to shop.
Went there with a list of things I wanted, but i didn't get any! There were hardly any thread count more than 180 for bedding. And if they had 400 thread count, the depth for the fitted sheet wasn't more than 28cm. The store was properly stocked, so it was a bit disappointing. Also, considering it's the Christmas season, they mainly had neutral colours. Where are the vibrant colours Overall, the store has nice things and they also have a restroom which is very convenient. The staff are helpful as well. They just didn't have anything that I needed for the holidays. I still bought some stuff that I didn't need because the truth is, I love shopping at Dunelm. I would still recommend it because even though I didn't get what I needed which was a first, there are plenty of other things that you can get at an affordable price for your home.
Open day today... very warm welcome and friendly staff. Looks very neat and tidy inside. I got the last £5 voucher...given to the first 50 customers
Everything you could possibly want or need in home furnishings. Accessible car park. Great shop.
