We ordered a sofa and chair from Dennets in a bespoke size and fabric. The team were fantastic in helping us choose what was best for the space, plus kept us informed when it would arrive. The delivery team were great - putting it in our living room and making sure we were happy. It really is stunning and we are delighted with it. We had a very positive experience when we bought our two sofas from Dennetts. The showroom is very nicely laid out, with a great choice of styles and fabrics. We were very impressed with the knowledgeable chap who helped us choose our furniture. Sorry, can’t remember his name Delivery was on time, and the delivery guys were so organised and helpful even though they had to bring the sofas all the way round the back of the house and through the garage and garden to get them into the lounge. I highly recommend Dennetts if you’re looking for good, old fashioned service from people who actually care. Thank you Dennetts.
Purchased adjustable bed and mattress from Dennetts. The service is amazing, Jon helped advise the best choice for my needs. Delivery and installation just days later by Dennetts staff who were friendly and polite. The bed is so comfortable. I cannot recommend Dennetts highly enough for quality and service that you just don’t get anywhere else
Pleasant staff at the store, ordered wardrobes and they were delivered and taken to the chosen bedroom and put where i wanted them. Would highly recommend and will definately be going back

After a very disappointing experience from another leading brand I am pleased we decided to look at Dennetts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely return in the future. A really lovely service from Dennetts from the time of my call to them. Several home visits bringing samples and swatches - brilliant for those of us affected by age, disability or illness, who find it difficult to get out. Regular updates on the progress of your order. On the day of delivery mutually agreed, not just your order, but help to place things and to move things around, a vital help for those of us with limitations. Also removed items that were being replaced. Looking forward to using them again.
Visited the store in Acocks Gren and was very impressed with the service provided by John and his extensive product knowledge. The store was easy to negotiate and the range was impressive. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for furniture of any description.
Very impressed with Dennetts. We needed an adjustable bed a short notice. John and his colleagues were very knowledgeable and were able to sell us a great product. What's more impressive though is the service that you get fit the delivery but also on an ongoing basis. In my opinion its this extra effort that has kept them in business for over 120 years!
Due to an unexpected bereavement, a paid in full order for a tilt and recline electric chair had to be cancelled at short notice. Dennetts Jon were very understanding and offered a full refund without hesitation. I always think it's the way a company responds when things don't go to plan that demonstrates their trustworthiness. In this case, the service shown to a first time customer was truly 5 star.
Very impressed with the delivery staff from Dennett's... They delivered a riser recliner to my disabled aunt and i happened to be there very friendly and professional service from these guys Matt and Chris showed my aunt the utmost respect and delivered the chair very easily through narrow passage ways and doors Both these guys were fantastic ambassadors for Dennett's and were clearly still following covid rules which made us feel at ease. Very pleased all round with the service provided by these unsung workers. 5 stars
