I have bought furniture from here a couple of times. Excellent customer service . No one harrases you to buy anything like they do in other stores like DFS, SCS etc .furniture is of great quality . The delivery service was great and the fitting service is excellent and very reasonable. I'm very happy with the complete service and products.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about them. The sofa set I ordered didn't arrive two months ago. Today was the second delivery date, it's not here. They lie all the time, and then it can only be delivered on Saturday or Monday. We paid the full amount, it's a gift from my family for my mom's birthday. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them! They caused a lot of stress. The way they talk to customers is outrageous.  After two months they can't tell me when my order will arrive.  I've never been treated like this anywhere, I paid for the sofa I ordered and they can't give me any information about where my order is, this company is funny

Cjc have been amazing from the start. We had a few issues which they resolved quickly and very professionally might I add. I cannot recommend them enough. Superb. Thank you so much.

Moving home and used these guys many yrs ago so thought we wud pop in. Lots of sofas, beds and furniture available instore and online. The online website is great using Google maps type technology where u can move around the screen to virtually view the items and prices. Unfortunately for me items were a bit out of my price range. Staff were friendly and welcoming on entry and helped with any queries without badgering you while your having a wonder around

I ordered a sifa in lockdown n i finally got it but had to wait a couple of months n the one seat the leather as gone really soft n its bubbled ive been in touch with them n they have decided they cant help me it must be a fault as the other seats n the 2seater is fine not a problem so i wouldnt go there again they saying they cant get that coloured leather but before that they asked me how many seats on sofa need doing i told them just the one well they dont want to know wished now i hadnt gone for leather i was even offered discount off future furniture but thats not been mentioned since but wouldnt use them again

Can't fault this place at all. I'm a returning customer and can honestly say you not only get such a fantastic value for money- you get a great and honest after sales. Was considering a new sofa with optional sofa bed and was weighing up if we should change our current one also brought from CJC. The sales advisor Dave, took the time to ask what we was looking for, and why we wanted to change the one we had, which showed us we wasnt just a number to him or a sale. He showed us various options,  and was not pushy at all. He left us to talk and wonder round and give us the choice of just changing are cushions. In the end we opted to upgrade our scatter cushions to different ones and get the new spring cushions for the base as  they was 3 to 4 years old and getting softer by the day. We saved a massive amount of money and came away feel very valued as a customer and what we wanted rather than over sold something we didnt need. If only every where was like here. Thank you

Beautiful 2 and 3 peice sofas bought, delivery was more than half price of SCS, would have had 5 stars but delivery should have been on Friday, but didnt deliver until Saturday, but I cant complain about the any of the staff there or the delivery driver, would definitely purchase from this company again

Ordered and after my order which was sofa,garden barbecue and some accessories got email they have none of my items and I have to wait about 2 months,at least cancelled straight away and got my money back in couple of days.
