Very poor workmanship first base and drawers damaged.. Replacement half base delivered damaged. Full base replacement delivered damaged. Drawers still damaged. 4 Drawers replaced. One good one. 3 drawers replaced again only one good one. Just a few pictures of their quality. 2.5 bases and 17 drawers and still 2 damaged. My advice go elsewhere.
Manufacture of beds, went to the factory to check out beds and mattresses. You have to have an appointment to vist but very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking can be problematic.
The service from Shab Qamar , the managing director, and his team was excellent. I received my bed double bed, 4 draw divan and headboard within 3 working days of ordering it. The quality of mattress and bed was outstanding all at a very competitive price. I would be happy to recommend Dreamland Beds to anyone. Roger Turnbull
LOOKING FOR AN OTTOMAN BED, THEN MAKE SURE IT'S NOT FROM HERE. If it were possible to give a zero then I would. I ordered an ottoman bed from a local bed shop in Newport, Shropshire on the 28 December and Dreamland Bed where to make the bed. FOUR beds later and it still has faults. There have been fabric issues, holes and now tracking pins not nailed down which l cut my finger on. Their quality control is appalling. My young daughter has well and truly had her excitement of a new bed ruined and I've wasted my money.
The staff are so helpful, we were offered a drink. Treated like friends more than customers.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Went in second time as didnt hear back from them. Nobody phoned back again. Waiting 3 weeks later!!
Huge variety of beds & excellent customer service with Very good & quick delivery service.
Not very good. Never delivered all my items always have to collect myself.
Extremely helpful company where nothing was too much trouble.I would happily recommend.
