We had the pleasure of hosting our family wedding at the Craiglands Hotel a few weeks ago, in December, and it was nothing short of magical! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure the day was seamless and special.nnThe venue itself is stunning, with its historic charm and breathtaking views of the Ilkley countryside. The ball room was beautifully set up, and the ambiance added a perfect touch of elegance to our celebration.nnThe staff were exceptional, accommodating every request with professionalism and warmth. They were attentive to detail and ensured that everything, from the decorations to the service, was flawless.nnWe had the option to self cater, and so we went with Iqbal Catering—our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the food, and the menu was tailored to suit everyone’s preferences.nnThe Craiglands Hotel truly exceeded our expectations, making my brother’s wedding day unforgettable. I can here for bank holiday weekend with a hiking party of 50. My twin room was a good size as was the bathroom. Good quality linen sheets. The hotel was busy with weddings yet the service at dinner was slick, friendly and efficient. The fish was cooked well, difficult with large parties and the highlight was chocolate and cranberry bread and butter pud. The staff were always at hand to help. The door key system often failed room entry but the staff were always there to let me in. The reception staff were exceptional, with great personality and humour, Elena went the extra mile and would fill up our water bottles even when busy. A good stay in a beautiful town with wonderful flowers and lights to make you feel special. Thanks so much
Very comfortable hotel in a great location, ideal for Ilkley town centre. Good parking, especially for disabled guests. Lift access to all rooms, very welcoming entrance decorated beautifully for Christmas. Will definitely visit again.
A really classy hotel. For an old building, it has been well restored to a more modern feel, but not too modern! Room a great size - shower was the most powerful I have ever seen! Highly recommended and would go out of my way to stay there again.
Room not great.nnPaid more for king size room, it’s 2 single beds pushed together. You fall in the gap all night. Causing bad back….. blocked toilet on arrival. Walls are paper thin. Other than that, yea nice
