A very nice 2 night stay for our anniversary. Excellent night's sleep....nearly missed breakfast on the first morning as slept so well. Breakfast was a hot buffet and was really good. Waiters were attentive without being intrusive. Room was very clean. We had a standard and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had. Controlling the radiator was a bit hit or miss.....couldn't seem to get the thermostat to work, so it was either on or off. We opted for on but opened the window when we went to bed as needed the fresh air. Must remember to book a ground floor room next year though as we both struggled with the stairs....could have done with a hand rail on both sides instead of just the one

Unfortunately never got to stay at this hotel as we had to cancel due to bad weather where we live and Amber snow warnings due overnight. I understand booking policy but just because its clear where they are at the moment means I'm not entitled to a refund. I have had to cancel and redate other hotels and away days without any problems. So maybe a little understanding wouldn't go amis.

Very central hotel which did the job. Friendly staff. Bed was really comfortable. Took forever to work out how to have a warm shower but got there in the end. Limited parking. Great value for money.

Nice communal areas, seem to be recently updated. Friendly and efficient reception and service, enjoyed the breakfast. The room was a little dated but good size with a double wash hand basin in the bathroom. Shower, well the temperature was fine and consistent but lacked power. The free wifi was better than I usually see in hotels, limited parking charged at £3 for the night. I'd stay here again and not simply because of the extortionate room rates in the other hotels in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Great location. Rooms were spacious, clean and we didn't hear anything noise from other guests. Parking costs £3 per day which seemed a bit cheeky as we are guests.
