If you value your car and intend to leave it at this place, DON'T even think about it. Despite having dash cam evidence (l have cameras at front and rear of my M.B. GLC) this hotel denies all knowledge / or responsibility. So it looks like legal proceedings will be taking place. Apart from that, the transport to and from the airport was perfect. Food verging on poor and rooms basic but clean, if your lucky you might even gets TV that works. If you don't mind your car being damaged it's fair value, if you do care STAY AWAY from here at all cost

Do not stay here!!! This place is a dump, the manager is more interested in his Gatwick parking set up than running a hotel.... Rude, horrible man. Lacks any idea of running a service based business. I stay in hotels all my life and this is one of the worst mainly because of him. His staff are ok but he would ruin your stay. Stay somewhere else... Anywhere rather than here

Great value hotel. Breakfast is okay when included. The restaurant has a lot to desire. Rooms are very clean. Some room's have been updated. Not sure if it has all be done.

Room very clean could hear next door filling the bath and it emptying. Make sure if booking via 3rd party you take confirmation as we were told we weren't allowed breakfast but our paperwork clearly showed we had paid for it. But food was very good. Transfer to airport not for the faint hearted driver must have thought he was Lewis Hamilton twin brother felt sick after a short but very fast trip. Bags and cases crashing around in back. ( riding a very fast bike myself I enjoy speed but that was bordering on dangerous.

Came back from our holiday to a damaged gearbox!! Car was moved and gearbox had disconnected by force, as confirmed by the breakdown service that we had to call. We’ve had no apology or compensation - they refuse to do anything. I would absolutely not recommend parking your car here!
