It would be a beautiful place to go on a family walk with the dog if people picked up after their dogs. I went in March with my pup and the ground was like a minefield with dogs muck everywhere

Large selection of walks with a secret hidden fort that was more than we expected! Like most national trust places be careful trying to find it, make sure you go on the actual website to find out how to get there. Little coffee shop that sells sausage rolls, ice cream and much more.

A lovely walk with friends, families, the dog or just by yourself. The cafe in the car park serves hot and cold, food and drink, but the best is the hot chocolate 😊
