There are no surprises with the room of premier inn. They are clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor shopping mall across the street including Asda supermarket restaurant next to it. The only setback is the introduction of a daily parking fee.

It's always nice to stop & spend time here with family & friends. Rooms are neat & clean always seems busy. The disabled have assisted rooms although some of the beds are not too comfy, I do find if your disabled the beds are slightly too low"if you have trouble getting up & down as I do" I also think assisted rooms should all have showers not low baths. Breakfast & meals are in the Brewers Fare just over the way, the staff there are also very polite. The only problem are sometimes the other guests making noise ,the staff try to make sure that your trip is very pleasent & your stay is comfortable too.

Nice room and catered for a 19m old well. Bathroom a little on the tight side tho. No lift which made luggage and 2 children (1 of which can't climb stairs) on my own a nightmare. Staff are very friendly and the young lady in the morning coped well talking with my son who has social difficulties and playing with the toddler while we checked out. The only down point was the breakfast in the morning, while choice was good I found the cooked breakfast a bit on the greasy side and was unwell for the rest of the day. If I could make a suggestion of having booster seats available for toddlers rather than just high chairs it might make some parents experience a bit easier. Other wise it was a nice unexpected stay

Hotel was clean and tidy. Additional bed was very bad. Complained and got a refund.

It's a standard premier inn so clean and pleasant. This one does have a decent restaurant attatched though
