Very rude and inconsiderate staff member. Mananger was unforgiving, and quick to usher me out with help of less then capable “security guards”. I was told abruptly there are no rooms. I found a mobile phone and was about to hand it in to reception. The same reception staff said “It’s not mine”. Absolutely pathetic and rude. Then I was threatened by another customer, who seemed drunk himself, and I was told to leave. I came outside, followed out by the less than able security guards, as if I was the culprit. Absolutely pathetic and rude. Watch ;)

Extremely comfortable rooms, and the beds are very very cosy. Breakfast is very nice and the restaurant has lovely food for an evening. A little expensive at normal price, however during my stay, they were running an offer of two courses for £15, which was very reasonable . Price of room was reasonable, given the location and the quality of the rooms. Will definitely be back!

iT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FROM AN OLD BUILDING OF sunshine RADIO. The entrance is awkward, and well the lounge is not so bright. The staff is friendly, but the hot drinks are very much below standard. Hot drinks are served lukewarm, which makes an awful coffee. Price is well not worth the product. I would say besides the Staff much remains to be desired. NOT THE USUAL HYATT DELIVERY

We checked into the room got to the room and it smelt as sewage. We complained via the phone they said they would send someone up to look at it no one came went down the reception. Manager came up and changed our rooms. He was nice and offered us some free bottle water and fruit.

The hotel was kinda outdated for Hyatt but the customer service was great! It’s close enough to the airport. We were able to get food near by and the bus stop was near by. Th rooms are super small.
