Use them a lot but never again. Had my fair share of meat arriving rotten, recently they sent the wrong items and what was sent was either on its way out or terrible quality. Nothing like what you see on the website or videos. Sent 3 emails and they never responded. Wanted to send the order back, they never responded. Raised a dispute through the bank they responded to the bank straightaway disputing my dispute. Funny that was good at one point and sure some people receive Products they are happy with but a lot of reviews similar to mine so be carful. You ain’t getting what is advertised !!
Best butchers in Morley in my opinion. Can grab some real bargains here! Never had any problems with any of the meat I've had here, always top quality and so tasty! So much better than vac packed supermarket meat, have completely stopped buying my meat from the supermarket now thanks to Bennetts! Highly recommend this place, don't listen to any negative reviews as I am yet to have anything negative to say about this place!
I have used Bennetts Butchers on a number of occasions. The meat is of an excellent quality and the customer service is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.
I have ordered steaks on three occasions now. Each occasion there has been an issue either with quality or promised weight of meat. This time is the final straw. The first photo shows what was sold as Scottish Ribeye steak. The second shows what actually arrived. It bears no resemblance. Whenever I try to contact customer services I do not receive a response.
Gone terribly down hill.Order regularly and had issues with my last couple of orders. Rotten meat and wrong items sent. No response from them. Quality of the meat has got really bad also, expect the poor quality market van type of meat and your expectations will be well managed
Slimy smelly meat on 3 occasions started if so well but the bigger they get the quality is shocking so is the customer service Stay well away
The three-bird-roast Turkey, chicken & duck was fantastic. It cost £49.95 + delivery for a 3kg one, and was just beautiful. Their cooking instructions were perfect. Great value, great food, great service.! I/we would highly recommend.
Extremely poor quality meat and false advertising. The screenshot shows how the sirloin was advertised whereas the other photos show what was actually delivered. For reference this was meant to be a 5kg whole sirloin broken down into two joints and several thick cut steaks. No response from customer services. Extremely disappointed!
I bought 8 sirloin steaks today . was advertised as juicy and tender. Those steaks was more like stewing steak or rump steak . Was cooked to medium rare and the texture was like tough as old boots and terrible quality. I was really looking forward to eat them but turn to be a huge disappointment. I hate making terrible comments about local suppliers and like to support them. But this occasion was a huge disappointment and feel ripped off that I got rump steak rather than a nice succulent juicy sirloin. What can I say ,your better buying off local supermarket. Sorry but this is the truth
We often get delivery’s from Bennett’s, had a issue with the last one, tried contacting you 3 times and you can’t be bothered to reply.
