Brilliant night everything was perfect. There was a party of 14 of us and everyone loved it and they all said it was the best curries they've ever had. Mo who was looking after us was great. Thanks to all the staff.Food: 5/5

What a little gem of a place! I can’t believe the negative reviews. 15 of us have just been there for my birthday and everyone was perfect. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. I/we will definitely be going back there soon.Food: 5/5
I ordinarily visit this place as part of a group of eight; this is a monthly arrangement with my father's friends. My father and I however got the date wrong; accordingly we were the only diners. Nevertheless we enjoyed our meals. The service was prompt but not rushed; also the staff was friendly. It isn't the best Indian/Bangladeshi food you will eat, and the website needs updating to represent the slight price increase; however it is certainly value for money and I shall return when we get the date right.
The hospitality there is incredible! The staff is so welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home. The environment is cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and soft music playing in the background. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal with friends or loved ones. Trust me, you'll leave Bengal Palace with a big smile on your face. It's definitely worth checking out!

Bland food that arrived almost cold. Samosas lacked spice and seasoning. Jalfrezi was a greasy tomato sauce too many onions. No spice absolutely bland. The chicken curry I ordered for my son was more spicier. Garlic naan, doughy no garlic. The red sauce for poppadoms was basically red water. I phoned to complain , and they would not refund me.
Have been using this place for take-away for my weekly fix of Indian food. Delicious food that has authentic, rich depth of flavour. There are other places I've tried locally but tended to be rather generic and unimpressive flavour wise even when going by reviews as some people prefer that. Happy to have found this place. Also the restaurant itself has a nice, lit ambience, nostalgic and comfortable. 5*****
Been going for many years but not any more was served my food and when I went to eat it I nearly broke my tooth on what I can only put it as concrete yes in my mouth asked what is this and then the guy said it's off the side of the tandoor where the nan bread is cooked he went on to say it's over 30 years old and needs replacing but said the gaffer won't change it .then said its not the first time it's happened .so I asked the manager why he is serving customers from a broken tandoor he said it won't kill you are young you will be ok it happens all the time we will check it next time do you want another one I said no are you mad you can keep it i refused to pay and left I won't be going back ! Don't like the way they go on any how I asked him one day so what do you like on the menu and he laugh and said I don't eat that that is not what I eat that is commercial curry it's not what we eat . So why do they feed it to us ?? Bad people just after your money don't and couldn't give too hoots for your health . My message to them God is watching us all .
Always a 5 star choice We eat here regularly both sit in and take out .. service is always 1st class they take their time to get to know you and always a brilliant meal love love love this place !! Highly recommend Food: 5/5
