The Academy GTC has genuinely changed my life and my outlook. No longer do I feel helpless when it comes to my weight and fitness; I am completely in control thanks to the amazing support and advice I’ve received. I feel I’ve really found a place and a programme that is right for me and that’s due to the incredible coaches and my fellow ninjas. The Academy is my fitness “home” and I’m a new person since discovering it!

Great place to make friends, get fit and loose fat. The friendly instructors adapt the exercises to suit you so that no matter how fit (or unfit) you are you get a workout to suit you and end up smiling as you see the progress. And yes they really do give you the money back if you complete the challenge!

I have found the whole experience fun rather than a challenge. The support and encouragement I've received is unique. The workouts have been varied throughout and always offer an element of competition (but only against yourself). Having completed my Challenge I find myself back at the Academy and still enjoy the sessions. I continue to leave them feeling more positive and motivated than when I arrive!! Try it for yourself and see!

I have to say that joining the Academy was one of my better decisions.I am getting older and nowhere near as fit as I used to be. I was gaining weight on and gaining it in all the wrong places - the waistband of my trousers and the growth of two chins showed this and was making me look older than my actual age. At this point I made the decision to change things. I saw the advertisement re the weight loss challenge and decided that was for me. I have tried other gyms but have not found any as good as the Academy. Its a gym where you have personal trainers at every session who are very helpful and knowledgeable who assist and encourage you throughout sessions. The membership is of varied ages and of differing standards of fitness BUT you go at your own pace and are encouraged every step of the way by the instructors and other gym members. I have to say that I did find the dieting a problem at first but when you start seeing the weight loss it just encourages you to continue. In 7 weeks I had lost 20lbs and that was without being too strict with my food intake. The cheat days are fantastic when you can eat what you want. The waist measurement started to shrink, the double chin vanished and I was feeling stronger and healthier than I had done for years. If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit then the Academy is for you
