Crossfit Silk is awesome! The friendly fabulous four that run this box have had such a positive impact on my life already.

I was slightly apprehensive when I joined in January. I had been a couch potato with various joint ailments for many years and wondered if I could cope. 

It was immediately apparent that Chad and Candice are worth their weight in gold. Classes are akin to one to one sessions with master personal trainers with the added bonus of camaraderie from working out with a group.

Their attention to detail when teaching techniques and making specific adjustments gives me the confidence to go for it in every session as I know I am in safe hands. 

Crossfit is varied, challenging yet scalable (thank the Lord) and fun (when I catch my breath). I love the fact that my fitness and joint issues are noticeably improving every week. 

Come along and try it for yourself, it's ace.
