Professional, curtious and helpful reception staff. All the doctors and the midwife I've seen have all been wonderful with both me and my 4 year old. Great facility having the pharmacy on site too.

I spent my childhood and teenage years visiting this practice under Dr. Jolley's and Dr. Heap, both have retired now, so that was really sad to hear! Anyway, I tried to call this practise to schedule an appointment. According to Norma, she sent me a letter in 2011 asking whether I wanted to still be registered at this practice, they then removed me at a patient! No calls, no texts, no emails, nothing (I didn't even get this letter!). So I tried to re-register, they said I was now outside of their boundaries. Cheap way to remove patients in areas they don't want I guess. I rated this one star because NORMA is an absolute nightmare on the phone. She is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She is also "delusionally" infallible, condescending and a modern day megalomaniac. As Lincoln one said: "Nearly all (wo)men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a (wo)man's character, give him/her power." - Norma.... Lincoln would be ashamed of your telephone manor and it's not a great facade for this surgery. You are a horrible horrible person!
