I recently dined at Bella Pizza in Birmingham, and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and, most importantly, the pizza was outstanding. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the blend of flavors was simply delightful. I highly recommend Bella Pizza to anyone looking for a top-notch pizza spot in Birmingham. Five stars all the way!
Bella Pizza is hands down the best takeaway shop in town! From the mouthwatering pizzas to the friendly service, every experience is a delight. Fast delivery and consistent quality make Bella Pizza our go-to for a satisfying and delicious meal. Five stars well-deserved!
My only regret is not having left a review sooner - this takeaway is really good, I cannot complain with the service, the ease of online ordering, the speed and delivery and of course the consistent quality of the food ordered, as well as their very competitive offers and deals and wide choice of menu options. I have ate from here several times over the last year since moving to the area and have recommended it to my family, friends and neighbours.
I went in for cheese burger meal, massive menu on the wall states £6.99 was asked for £7.49, I understand prices have gone up with energy prices, but this is very bad customer service, menus on counter been updated, but not wall menu, guy on counter said he not got round to it well do not put your prices up untill you have ! Pizza boxes on customer seating so no where to sit while you are waiting for you order Little things make a big difference Shame as meal was decent
Great pizzas! 12 inch is great if you want half now and half later. Pepperoni is under the cheese not on top so it's not burnt when cooked, love it! Cheesy chips were good too. Plain chips were a little hard and garlic bread wasn't fantastic, but the 2x 12 inch pizza deal is good value for money. Thanks!

Bella pizza, how do I start. Bella pizza is probably the best pizza place round here the orders are always on time the pizza is nice, the fries are great and crispy . I couldn't get enought of it. It's just that nice.
The pizza is nice now and then, once I had a pizza and the chicken on it just didn't taste right. When you know you know, I called in to complain and change it they didn't have none of it and told me the chicken was fine and wouldn't be replacing the pizza. I had one bite from a large pizza.. I didn't eat from there for a good while. The customer is always right, and the fries/chips are not great. Only now and then are they really nice.
The pizza is decent, delivery time is always over an hour in our experience. Last time I tried to order they would not do a half and half pizza 1 half cheese and tomato and the other pepperoni!! Couldn't believe my ears so cancelled my order which is a shame. Lost probably £400-500 a year in business for a handful of pepperoni!! Great pizza but sadly if you can't look after your regular customers it's a poor show in my opinion. The pizza itself deserves 4 * to be fair but customer service is so important. Crying shame.
