We had such a lovely experience at Belair house. My parents had a Victorian Themed Anniversary and the place really fit the theme its is gorgeous. The dinning room is beautiful. the tables are well presented as well as the food. the bar area is also really beautiful its has sofas which give a nice place to escape from the main dinning hall. the food was amazing we had the lamb and sea bass as our 2 option they were absolutely delicious we couldn't decide on which one we wanted to order ourselves. The staff were very helpful really friendly and very efficient they were on top of everything. Everything was executed well. They also have a very good sound system which is very easy to use you can simply plug pin your phone and can hear the music in both the dinning room and the bar area. there is a lovely area with lots of windows which is where we put our cake and other dessert which was stunning the lighting was absolutely amazing it was so pretty. everything about this place was so authentic and had such a lovely charm to it. The bread, olives and cheeses in the pictures weren't included in the price that costed extra so we bought our own swell as most of the decoration was ours. But the staff were more than happy to help us and let us decorate and use the space as we pleased it was a very positive experience.
The best place to have your wedding - highly recommend!nnWhat a perfect day we had with the amazing the staff at Belair House. From the moment we went in, the venue looked absolutely stunning. Ruth florist did a phenomenal job with the flowers but not only that - we had so many comments from our friends and family saying how friendly Belair staff were. The welcome drinks were bang on time, the canapés were delicious unfortunately because I was chatting I didn't have many but what I did have were delicious!, the food was absolutely divine. We had comments saying it was the best wedding food people had had at a wedding!nThe room was just perfect - intimate and cosy. Just what I wanted for the wedding meal. 60 people - perfection. The blush pink table cloths and candles, flowers on the table were just such a beautiful combination and as my MoH did her speech against the golden glow of the windows outside - I'll never forget it.nnWhen evening guests arrive, it was all so seamless. The timing was spot on and I think we were even early which was great. The journey up to the top floor created an exciting new room for us to be in and the speeches on the staircase were magical. I loved doing mine! The cocktails were DELICIOUS margaritas and espresso martinis and again, I remember staff being so kind when I asked for my evening outfit. They knew the schedule like the back of their hand and you could tell. Your GM and assistant GM did a phenomenal job - special credit to OJ who even dressed in our colour scheme in a beautiful blush suit! I remember him being so smiley when we arrived. It made all the difference.nnThe evening dancing was the best. We were beyond pleased with the band - just such a good sound in that room and everything was perfect. I loved scoffing my face with some cake at 2am downstairs with my nearest and dearest - all such special memories.nnThank you Tasha, venue planner, for being so on it - she is clearly amazing at her job.nnWords cannot describe how perfect the day was - and it was all down to Tasha's work behind the scenes and the friendliest staff on site on Saturday.nI can't recommend Belair highly enough. It was the most perfect memorable amazing day. Thank you everyone at Belair!
We are a party planning company who chose Belair house without hesitation after one visit. It is a beautiful space, with outdoor areas & tasteful furniture that you have the choice to use & rearrange. The guests enjoyed their fabulous three course meal, plated & served with such attention to detail. The staff went above & beyond to make the guests feel welcomed & special on their big celebration. The staff were well presented, professional & managed the day’s schedule perfectly. We would like to make mention of Sienna, having worked with many venues & event coordinators over the years, Sienna was legendary & by far the best coordinator we’ve experienced. Great communication, every question and inquiry answered quickly, all information provided beforehand & her organisation helped us deliver a seamless day for our client. Sienna worked tirelessly to map the day, plan the table layout, the seating plan, the delightful menu & provided a well managed day from set-up, managing vendors, welcome drinks, dinner service & everything in between. We couldn’t have done it without her! A big thank you to Sienna & her dream team at Belair House who helped us create a highly successful event which blew our client away. We will be using Belair House for many more events to come as we have had an all-round dream venue experience.
Came here for my birthday and the food was amazing. The staff weren’t horrible but seemed kinda fed up of being there - don’t expect them to be robots but when serving other people seemed to be more interested.nnYou do have to buy the rice separate like Indian takeaways which was abit of a let down. Another thing was the dish my friend got wasn’t nice and has other complications with it and he simply wanted to change it but that was an extra charge he had barely eaten anything. But other than that it was great.nnPs. Don’t get the chicken tikka, it tasted off! Everything else was nice.
Beautiful house in a lovely setting. Great food, great service and very reasonably priced too. The roast dinner was one of the best as the Yorkshire puddings were enormous!! The sticky Toffee pudding was so light and very yummy
