What a lovely surprise walking around Dulwich and discovered this great gem.nBeautiful decor in an old Victorian building probably used as butcher or game shop. Fantastic atmosphere specially this evening as Georgia was playing the Euro Cup. It was very lively.nWe sat outside, it was much quieter and have a delicious rose wine and a mezze. Absolutely delicious food and the wine was superb. Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable Misho and we were great by the lady owner which made us feel very welcome. Old fashion hospitality as it should be. Thank you both for such a great evening. Definitely a place to return soon and try more tasty food and other wines.
We had one starter and two mains. The bread / cheese Kachuri I think was good but slightly salty.nnThe beef stew main was interesting and well presented, the Chicken and potato main was amazing we would recommend it. The amber wines were also worth the price.nnThe atmosphere and staff were good, the conservatory in the back was quite light and would have been nice to eat it.nnWhile it was slightly expensive, we would go again.
Really lovely and knowledgeable staff. Food was all very flavourful. The honey cake was amazing! Would definitely come back to try more
we wanted to try something new so decided on giving this spot a chance and we are so glad we did. the interior is absolutely gorgeous, the ambiance is lovely, the food is delicious and the service is incredible too. pricing is super good too for what you get! the wine, mains, and dessert were all incredible and so well made. we were practically the last to leave today and cannot speak highly enough of this place. please give it a shot, you won’t regret it! what a hidden gem! :
What a fantastic place! Really charming interior+atmosphere. Food is excellent and surprising—would recommend the egg+cheese bread boat highly, as well as the trout and the eggplant walnut rolls. Had never had Georgian food before but it seems to be full of ingenious uses of walnuts! Lovely wine list that includes little descriptions of the wines, which is always appreciated!!. Dessert was wicked. Service was warm and wonderful. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a sweet night out!
