Brilliant lunch for two this weekend. I really like Forza Wine and after a visit to the National Theatre branch wanted to try the Peckham rooftop. Food was delicious and well presented, service was friendly and the whole experience really nice. If you’re 40+ you might find it a bit loud!! But it’s worth it and I’ll be back.
We came for Sunday lunch and enjoyed the rooftop views, food and the excellent service. Between the three of us, we shared the peppers, wild garlic flatbread, mushroom and ricotta flatbread, cauliflower fritti, burrata, white beans, courgette, gem lettuce with tuna, chicken leg and the apricot soft serve and everything was great. We enjoyed the wines too and they gave complimentary limoncello was a lovely touch.
Absolutely immaculate vibes when the sun is out, with a great view of the City’s skyline. Great selection of wines and small plates. Lovely, helpful staff.
Getting here was a bit of a trek, but well worth the view at lunch!nnWe started off with cocktails and then moved to wine. I loved the spicy cocktail - refreshing for an end of the summer lunch. Their wines are also on the funky side. Our waiter gave us a fun recommendation for this Spanish wine and we loved it!nnFood wise, the portions are between tapas and starter sizes more on the larger side. I really loved the fried cauliflower and their fish. Their chicken was also nicely grilled without being too dry.nnOf course if you come here, you're coming for the view. Book a table at the espresso bar area it's the area with the best views of London's skyline.
This was probably the worst negroni I have ever had. It was basically just super sweet cherry juice. When I mentioned that to the waiter he told me it’s negroni…I did not expect that sour cherry will be so sweet. Left half of the cocktail. Wine was okay and view is nice. We got charged for tap water.
