I hate leaving reviews on the internet but i have to let people know this. This place isn't a bad place there are nurses working there in with good intention but there is one nurse my mum told me she uses bullying as form to get residents to do as their told, I don't want to go into too much details in case she reads this and might take it out on them. My mum now stays in her room when she is on shift.nni even spoken to the staff about this nurse and some have came forward and even told me she has a attitude/rude with staff like she goes on power trip when she is in there. She has been rude to me as well she mutts comments under her breath which i have ignored a few times. But its time to speak out about this.nnI've built up a case on her with stuff I've personally witnessed and what the staff and residents have told me and now i will be taking it with the manager or head office about this individual.nnPlease be weary if you decide to send a loved one here
The staff are great they look after my other half so well I can go home knowing she is safe and sound. Nothing it to much for them if i need something doing it's done fast I would recommend Beechwood with no hesitation. Such a lovely place for anyone
My friend suffering from Picks disease since aged 42, has had her arm broken and her shoulder dislocated. She did not do this to herself although they are saying she did. She is in hospital awaiting relocation . Police have been informed. DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE
After what I witnessed today this place is shocking in 13 years I've NEVER experienced what I saw today. Two members of staff were great the rest of them I have no words for. Under the new owners things need to be done.
