I have had the most amazing time at the Beech Cottage.  Not only will i miss the mini candy bars in my room; I will miss resident cat Alice who made sure to greet me daily. 
This B&B is just wonderful and the length Carolyn goes to ensure your happiness and satisfaction is simply amazing. She showed me real England (UK) Hospitality. I do not believe I could have asked for a better host and place to stay.

I have stayed at Beech Cottage many times over the last 6 years and can recommend it 100%. It is a great location - close to bus/train stations, shops and restaurants but is set in a very quiet and relaxing area. Carolyn's hospitality is first class, as are her breakfasts. As well as staying on business, my wife, youngest daughter and I have also stayed on leisure breaks where we were treated just like family. A word of warning though -  if you are on a diet, you will have to say "no" many times during your stay as Carolyn's reputation for feeding you up with tea and biscuits at very frequent intervals is legendary, and very well-founded. In short, a great place to stay in Milton Keynes.

I stayed at Beech Cottage for two weeks in October 2013 and planned to stay for much longer had it not been for the vagaries of my work.

I nominate Carolyn’s full English breakfasts (preceded by superb fruit salads) to be among the best in the world.

I also highly recommend Carolyn’s delicious shortbread biscuits taken with tea in the evening.

A great place to stay in Milton Keynes.

This is the place to stay in Milton Keynes.
5 minute walk from the train station.
Breakfasts made to order.
Service second to none.
The hospitality is such that you are treated as a friend rather than a paying guest.
If you are planning on staying in Milton Keynes then give this delightful B&B a try. You will not be disappointed.
