Had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. From the beginning until the end of our stay was excellent. We received a free room upgrade which was lovely as it was our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was amazing, a very good selection of food to choose from. Had yummy vegetarian sausages. Srsff were very polite. A big shout to benedicta at reception who was very friendly and efficient on her job.
Absolutely love this hotel. It’s fantastic value for money, staff are very friendly, it’s clean, location is fantastic if you are looking to go shopping or for bars and restaurants. Considering it is a very busy hotel it’s also very quiet in the rooms, very comfortable beds also aids to a relaxing pleasant stay.nThere was an issue with the room when we arrived and the manager Johnny couldn’t have been more accommodating. He immediately upgraded us to one of the executive rooms. We also was given complementary breakfast and dinner which were both really nice. He was extremely helpful with the move to another room even offering to help us with our luggage. Even received a follow up call to our upgraded room to check all was well.nLiterally can’t fault this hotel. We’ve stayed here many times and will be staying many more.
All good. The hotel just turned 20 years. The beds are very comfy. Perfect centre location in MK and in good weather about walking distance from the train station. There are restaurants everywhere. The main shopping centre is super close.
I stayed at the hotel as part of a company meeting. Unfortunately, the room temperature was quite cold. Although reception adjusted the thermostat remotely, the room remained cold throughout the night, which affected comfort.nnThe bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower was very powerful, which I appreciated.nnThere was no complimentary water in the room, and I was charged £2.95 for a 500ml bottle, which felt excessive. Breakfast was below average, with limited options. There was no cappuccino available, only americano with milk, and the tea selection was quite limited. It was also disappointing that no biscuits or light refreshments were offered with the coffee.nnThe food overall was acceptable.nnI’m glad I did not personally pay for the stay.
ADNA, you are my favourite staff member.nnI feel like I’m home from home and have a personal feel thanks to this young lady.nnAssuring our needs are met with a huge beautiful smile.nnI came today before her shift and see there was a big difference in atmosphere, and the lady was on her own.nnLater I saw Adna, she kindly rectified my problem.nnAnyway.nnI stay in Milton Keynes a lot and this hotel is my favourite hands down, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.nI should have shares the amount of times we are here.
