It's a perfectly good hotel for a business trip but it's got a bit of a dated feel to it. Buttons in the lift missing, bathroom decor old and worn and Artex ceilings. It was comfortable and clean though.nnBreakfast was also fine but not amazing. Coffee from automated machine wasn't good. Croissants were the super small ones and a bit dry.nnIt was about £150 for the night on a Wednesday, so quite expensive for the quality I think.

I found the room lovely and spacious for the price. There is no fridge but there is coffee, water, tea and biscuits. The location is great and the onsite bar is lovely. My room was nice and clean.  I couldn't hear my neighbours except when they are in the hallway and the hotel seemed quiet enough. The breakfast has a good selection and the dining area wasn't too crowded in the morning. The elevator makes a worrying noise and the light flickers as the lift sometimes shakes which was a bit scary. Also the bathroom does not come with anything complimentary. If you forget toothpaste or a toothbrush you have to go down and buy  from the lobby, I found that a bit scabby but other than that I cant fault the place. I would stay here again.

Franco was exceptional and delivered outstanding customer service during our stay at the Leonardo Hotel. My partner and I are regular guests, often booking the executive room. Occasionally, we encounter issues with amenities like the fridge or air conditioning. Whenever I brought these concerns to Franco, he promptly checked on the facilities to ensure everything was functioning properly. His politeness and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. Thank you, Franco, for your dedication and support during our stay!

From the 1 night we were there we can only rate our stay as excellent. The staff we encountered were professional and efficient, and made us feel welcome  from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and pleasantly homely, and the breakfast is good value.

Never disappoints. Great location with many restaurants surrounding the building. The restaurant within is good enough on its own with a decent selection of great food. Rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities are provided. kettle is supplied and an iron, which is good. The bathroom was great with a good shower.  Staff are first class. All round great experience
