Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. Reception staff were polite and helpful upon arrival. My stay was paid for by the company and was given a dinner, bed and breakfast arrangement. 
Dinner allowance was £20 including drinks. The room was a spacious with a double bed and the bathroom was nice. The bath tub was very shallow, seemed about a foot deep only. Breakfast was a buffet style cooked breakfast available between 6-10am and was busy around 8-9am. Rooms are not  sound proof, was able to hear people on neighbouring rooms having phone conversations.

The hotel is beautiful. It is not far from the station and there are so many things around for example bars and restaurants. The staff are very nice and the rooms are immaculate. I will definitely come here again when visiting my friend in Milton Keynes.

Nice hotel,  well situated surrounded by restaurants. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Bed okay but wouldn't say fantastic especially as they advertise that you can buy them. Parking a tad confusing because it is directly opposite but doesn't look like a car park. It looks like parking for the opposite building. Once we realised simples 😊

The hotel is just down the road from the MK One shopping centre, with a selection of bars/restaurants very close by. There's no dedicated car park, so be prepared to pay for that. Across the road its 50p an hour (7am to 6pm). The reception, lobby, bar and restaurant all look really nice. The staff were great, friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, not too small with a nice view (floor 10), the TV and bathroom were a little tired/dated but didn't spoil the stay. The breakfast was good, although nothing special (usual hotel breakfast) Overall is was good for a short stay and the price was great (£49 for family room plus breakfast), but the rooms could do with a little updating.

We stayed here for three nights with quite a few family members to celebrate our mum's 90th birthday.

It was an excellent location to get to all our family and the party venue, plus in the evening there were so many bars and restaurants for the family to go to, when mum had gone to bed!

We were slightly disappointed in our original room, especially as we were staying 3 nights, but after speaking to the Manager, we were given an upgrade to an Executive room which also had a fridge.  

All the family were very happy with their rooms and the service. Thank you for a lovely stay.
