Pros:nThe rooms and the beds are so comfy, 5 stars.nThe service was on par.nLocation is perfect for a night out.nnCons:nSave yourself the money on breakfast. Probably the worst breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel, and I have stayed in this hotel alot and its the same all the time.nThe saussages are awful, bacon is like rubber and greasy, NO HASH BROWNS!! New potatoes are on offer instead what's that about?. The fresh juice is just bitter and served at room temperature. The coffee is just not nice. Sorry, It's just not good and you may as well go Greggs.
Spacious rooms, bathroom is ok! located at the heart of MK with easy facilities for public transport, shops and shopping malls.Large parking , Delicious breakfast, perfect place for a holiday to rest and relax. Very quiet environment, the staff was responsive and cautious.
First reaction was , friendly welcome, professional staff, pleasant surroundings.nWe were on the 10th floor which had great views.nThe room was spacious and clean with good beverages.nThe bathroom was functional and was showing signs of wear and tear to tiles and painted plinth, it just took away the 5 Stars it would have got if the decor was a bit better.nOverall great bar and close to the theatre and shops.
My worst experience with this hotel. The rooms are not clean, I literally found in bath towels hair of a certain part of the body which As disgusting and ruined my whole stay, I didn't feel comfortable at all and after complaining to night shifter she only cared to bring new towels. I did ask her if this is normal and she promised she ll report it to her manager but obviously she didn't. I urgently told her I need a cleaner room, she took almost an hour to get me another room with the key which doesn't work while I was feeling cold with my hair full of water because none of the towels was clean.The dirtiness of the rooms in this hotel is just unbelievable there is dust almost everywhere, linen have red and black spots, bathroom after cleaning hands keep doing a strange sound for more than thirty minutes. Despite night shift lady told me she will report this to her manager the next day I go to reception so that I cancel my booking she rudely told me that priority is for the people queuing to check-in. I later went to duty manger who except from giving a standard verbal apology didn't care much when I told him what happened with me and with no surprise the receptionist didn't report to him the bad situation I had. Breakfast is very standard, for the price I paid this hotel isn't worth a penny. Heating is terrible the rooms are cold and it turns off during the night and turns on in the morning when I am about to leave. Definitely my last time in this hotel, it was very deceiving how personnel didn't care when my travel agency raised a complaint. This is not a respectful way to deal with your customers.
Fabulous room and location. I eat in the restaurant first night and the menu didn’t really have anything I fancied so I just ordered the chicken wings. They were greasy and soggy so I left most of them. Waiter was very attentive. Plenty of decent restaurants very nearby so I ate out for the rest of the time. Lovely hotel. Beds extremely comfortable and I loved having six high quality pillows. Would stay again. Very convenient for train station.
