I recently stayed with City Apartments during a training trip to Milton Keynes. The apartment was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and bright. There were enough supplies (dish soap, shampoo, bath soap etc.) to get my stay off to a convenient start so when I arrived I didn’t need to be concerned with those. The appliances in the apartment were new and worked very well. There are a number of nice restaurants within an easy 5-minute walk of the building that I was in, including gourmet burgers, pizza, Thai, English fair and others. There is a grocery store about a block away. The apartment itself was very secure and I never once was concerned about my personal safety. In addition, walking in the area was very pleasant and convenient. I love to walk and although my new employer was 1.6 miles away, the walks, including underpasses for the busy streets and a lovely park for about half the walk, made the start of my day refreshing and provided a nice decompress after the training. Mid way in the walk is the train/bus station so if you arrive by train, the walk to the City Apartment office is not bad, though if you have bags, wheelies would make it much more pleasant. Finally, the staff was very helpful when I was arranging the apartment. Charlie answered my many questions during the days before travel. When I arrived, she was very pleasant to talk with and she reviewed the apartment and the surrounding area. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend staying with City Apartment Dick W.

We’ve returned to MK for another 8 weeks, chose to stay at Vizion this time, with ShortStay MK. Being in the know , we requested an internal apartment which is overlook the internal hidden “Podium” Garden. Beautiful outlook, extremely quiet and peaceful. The apartments are all very similar, fully equipped with everything you would need incl Sky tv , fast WiFi, secure parking, washing machine.They are clean and modern and the cleaners come weekly for free. ShortStay MK are excellent and respond instantly to any requests. During your stay you get special discounts at some of the surrounding restaurants incl 25% at Pizza Express. We have previously stayed at The Hub apartments - absolutely dire, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
