Parking is good, equipment is good the treadmill can do with an upgrade compared to other PureGyms I have been to. The shower have a large gap at the opening that I think it’s unhygienic to be taking a shower and could feel the person Next door splattering his shower to your feet
Some of the machines are a bit ancient, the gyms area is huge but badly managed with a lot of space going spare and the weights area made very compact. This compactness means there are limited numbers of machines present but that's not too bad. The calf press is so stiff it's interesting to use it. And some other machines also suffer from this but that is the standout worst one. The place needs a bit more cleaning of the actual machines and gym areas as I only ever see the enormous lobby being cleaned. As always PureGym is a PureGym, it is okay and you get what you pay for. Aside from the machines needing some love and the limited number of certain machines it's okay hence 3 stars.
Since the gym has been taken over by a new manager, thing seem to be running alot more smoothly on a day to day basis. Equipment is being repaired alot faster than under the old management, which is obviously really good. All the staff are friendly and approachable, which gives the gym a good atmosphere and nice environment to work out in. Hopefully under the new management the gym will improve, as it was in rather bad disrepair under the old manager. We've already started to see some improvements

Very few toilets and unstaffed makes it worse Visited few times and found every toilet DIRTY. BEST TO GO TO THE NEW GYM
I really enjoy Junior’s classes. He keeps you motivated and encourages you to challenge yourself. His classes have pushed me out of my comfort zone. His classes are always full so make sure you pre book it especially on Saturdays. He has an amazing energy and vibe. Love the music he playsalthough I wish he played more rap music .. I would recommend to anyone whatever their levels of fitness to try the class with Junior Seri.
Great site to do your exercises and are able to find most of the equipment needed. However, staff's customer service skills are very poor!
Just a normal gym, equipment really needs fixing as half of the treadmills do not function correctly. Also, no staff on duty and no cleaners.
The place is a health and safety risk. Not one member of staff was seen throughout my 1hr 30min 1st time visit and I spent most of the workout avoiding breaking my ankle, stepping over weights and bars. I'm a qualified PT and have used over 30 commercial gyms in my life and this place is the worst in terms of safety and gym etiquette.
