Everytime I have a dentist appointment always made to wait aleast 45 mins +!

Terrible customer service, just hang the phone when I was trying to book an appointment. So rude!

I went as a new private patient. My dentist visit was alright however the service from the reception is poor. I was told I would get the invoice emailed to me. This was not sent, I called and emailed 3 times without getting it. I walked into the practice to pick up my invoice which was printing in seconds for me.

Great experience with Dr Sharman. Very friendly guy, caring with patients and really knows his stuff. Have already recommended him to number of friends and family. All other staff also friendly - the receptionists are always friendly and helpful and try to accommodate your busy diary where they can.
