The customer service here is so amazing, every time we attend the staff make us feel welcome, they smile and give us a warm greeting which makes such a big difference to our experience. My wife had months of treatment after child birth, the dentist are always kind, patient and caring. They helped her through the trauma of losing teeth and I could be more thankful for the gentle way she was cared for. Hats off to all the staff for their wonderful service, especially the receptionist Nillar who always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Dentist appointment aren’t usually enjoyable but these guys have raised the bar and we look forward to every single visit. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice enough.
I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist, but I finally decided to book an appointment with Dr. Dhiren Chavda at Surrey Docks Dental, and now I only regret not doing it sooner! I had a tooth that needed treatment, and the entire procedure was completely painless. Dr. Chavda and nurse Carly were incredibly patient and professional, which made me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. After years of hesitation, I’m really happy that I chose this clinic. The staff here are true professionals, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I also want to highlight the reception team — they were very friendly and made the whole process, from booking to completing the appointment, as smooth as possible. If you, like me, have been putting off going to the dentist, I highly recommend Surrey Docks Dental — the best clinic I’ve ever visited!
I have registered with Dr. Bhavna in Surrey Docks Dental clinic for almost 3 years and I am satisfied with the service and treatment and the quality and on time treatment . Also, she is a kind and polite lady during treatment and work and cleaver dentist. Satisfied with all reciprocation stuffs and management.
I want to share our incredible experience with the exceptional dentist, Ms. Haley Seresht. Our five-year-old son was extremely nervous, and his baby teeth were severely infected due to an earlier trauma. We had seen other dentists, but none of them came close to the care and professionalism we received from Ms. Haley. From the moment we met her, she took her time to thoroughly examine our son, helping him feel calm and reassured, which meant the world to us as parents. She not only explained everything clearly but also patiently answered all of our questions, ensuring we understood what needed to be done. We were anxious about our son’s health, and the thought of waiting months for an NHS referral was daunting. Ms. Haley went above and beyond, trying to relieve his pain immediately by using medical ice to reduce the abscess, which brought some much-needed relief to our little boy. When she realized more urgent care was required, she swiftly referred us to a clinic specializing in nervous children. Thanks to her advice and guidance, our son was treated within 48 hours—his teeth were removed, and he’s now back to being healthy and pain-free. We are forever grateful for her swift actions, compassion, and expertise. Because of her, our son is back to his happy, healthy self, and we couldn’t be more relieved. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares, Ms. Haley Seresht is the one. We cannot recommend her enough!
Went this week and was seen by Dr Bhavna who was fantastic. Very professional, courteous efficient and thorough, pointed out where my gums were good while highlighting how I can improve my dental hygiene further. The facilities were clean and well lit and the hygienist was similarly professional and efficient. Really good experience overall and would recommend Dr Bhavna!
Some one recommended this place to me . It was my most enjoyable dental treatments . They are very friendly . It is very relaxing place .I had my experience with 3 people. Reception girl Jinky very big smile on her face . in few seconds my mod changed . I usually stressed when I go to dentist. My stressed gone with her smile. Then Nurse Tia called my name with big smile again. She took me to room Dr Phawna welcomed me again with big smile. . She started my treatments and explained me everything with her Polite voice and nice talking. . Amazing experience. I had my own business many year. I know how important all these professionalism . I am writing this feed back with my business experience, with my age experience. Thanks to every one there
Surrey Docks Dental is one of the best practices that I have been to in a while. The staff are very welcoming and I am. Always made to feel at ease when ever I visit. Hygienist Farzana who joined the practice four months ago is wonderful! I was anxious considering my not very pleasant experience with the hygienist who worked here earlier, but Farzana is very gentle and considerate of any tooth sensitivity. She takes her time and doesn’t rush through the appointment. Hope she’ll stay here longer at this dental practice!
This is an excellent dental practice ever! You have to experience it, to know it! A massive thank you to Dr Mehdi Safari for coming to my rescue in fixing my teeth. Dr Mehdi Safari is highly skill dentist and an amazing person! . when I had to have injections to numb my gum, it was pain free! Absolutely pain free!. That was the best experienced ever!!! Dr Mehdi Safari you are the BEST! Thank you and your lovely staff for making my dentist visits so amazing and I am not so scare to go dentist anymore!
Excellent Practice. Excellent doctors. Had an appointment with Mr Reuben. I'm terrified of being in the dentist's chair but he's one of the best at his work! Made me very comfortable. Also shout out to the practice manager, she really goes above and beyond for the patients and the practice itself.
