I was a very nervous patient, avoiding dental work unless absolutely necessary due to trauma as a child having all my teeth filled with no anaesthetic. Dr Jenki at the Waterfall is the best dentist I have ever had. She is so kind and gentle and I have recently had a bridge and two fillings replaced painlessly and extremely well done. Thoroughly recommend her.
I started visiting Dr Alia when I had Invisalign. That process was fantastic and my teeth are much improved, but I think the best thing was finding Dr Alia as my dentist! I’ve always struggled with dentist trips, but Dr Alia is always fantastic. She’s gentle, she informs me what she’s doing, and she’s compassionate and kind. I’m about to move but I will travel back for my dentist trips.
Dr Alia has been my dentist for years and she is amazing! She's friendly, and amazing at her job. I've never had any problems.
My family has been going for years- we’re really happy with Waterfall. I’ve been going to Dr Johar for a long time and I feel her treatments and care have helped my teeth a lot - far fewer cavities!! She’s great at her job and attentive to patients. I’m very grateful for her care.
I’ve been seeing Dr Janki for a few years for numerous NHS and private services. She is very open and honest about all available treatment options and will make you feel at ease throughout with her communication. Would recommend 100% NB. i would love the car park to be updated and repaved

Phoned for an emergency appointment and was given one next day. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming and pointed out cost of treatment before appointment. Dentist, Alia, also friendly and efficient outlining possible treatments and costs before effective and filling. An altogether pleasant experience.
I've been going to Dr Alia Johar for about 5 years now, she's easily the best dentist I've ever come across. She's always patient, friendly and all her work has been excellent, I've never had a single problem with any of the fillings or crowns I've had done. The reception staff at the Waterfall House Dental Surgery are also brilliant and often able to get me an appointment extremely quickly. I've recommended the practice to both friends and family!
Dr Olivia McNaboe was amazing, I always get on edge when going to the dentist, had to have three fillings, clean and polish. Didn’t feel any pain and I chose to not have any numbing, she’s clearly experienced and my teeth feel fantastic. The staff and reception are so friendly and organised also, really glad I came to this surgery!
Dr Alia Johar has been my dentist for about 10 years and I am really pleased with the care she gives to me and my family. Last October I developed terrible tooth ache - I got an emergency appointment the next day and the antibiotics I desperately needed. I then needed a root canal, which I was nervous about after hearing so many horror stories, but I am delighted to confirm the most painful bit about it was having to pay for it!
