Good friendly pub, but popular for food so you'll need to book. As for the food.....Wow. No wonder it's busy! Simple food done exceptionally well. Come hungry or you will struggle!!
Four of us went there last night for a meal, I must say it was lovely. The service was great & the food first rate, I would recommend anyone to dine there without any hesitation. Five stars from me.
We had a lovely family meal, with 6 of us, on a Thursday evening. The staff were really friendly and efficient, the food was yummy and the dining room was great. The front of the pub and the toilets were a little dated, but it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely come again.
Very well organized. Staff friendly and food great. Felt concerned before visiting because of Covid but things were dealt with very well and made us feel comfortable that correct procedures were followed.
Great food, great service, great value. Highly recommend the Bear Burger!
