You couldn't ask for a better organisation when it comes to helping vulnerable people. The staff here are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxed. There are plenty of activities to enjoy which include Art, Drama and Photography workshops and also activities based around well-being like Yoga, meditation, reflexology and acupuncture. There is also a free lunch for people struggling on a budget. Opening hours: Monday and Wednesday 11am-4pm Tuesday 11:30am-4pm
