Closed on the only day anyone that works can get there. Seriously needs to be open on Saturday. Kind of pointless being there now for a lot of people.

Only one teller,not helpful ,another chap sitting in the open area ,having a cup of tea ,would not help or answer questions ,from anyone ,meanwhile 12 people in queue .....they just don,t care .
