For some reason it's not possible to talk to a Barclays personal banker at the branch you bank with!!!  Their phone no on line takes you to a call centre who then attempts to transfer you to the branch but nobody answers the phone, so to ask if I had left a personal item I had to drive there.  What a joke

Avoid . They have no idea. Spent 24 mins back and forth between counter and machine to get a stamped  statement. Did not happen. Left after 30 mins as no-one able to help.
