To say that Mark and Teresa Sand know what they are talking about is a massive understatement. With their excellent advice, I took a mortgage with Mortgage Express. I now have a mortgage fixed at 2% above base, for the full term of the mortgage! No one else can touch that. Natwest keep trying to offer me a cheaper deal, but their discounted rates come out at 4% above base...Laughing all the way to the bank! :-D
