I went to the Post Office on Friday 2nd December 2017 it is situated on the first floor of W.H. Smith and the lift was out of order. Zero access for the disabled or elderly and frail. I personally had a major problem traversing the stairs as I suffer from impaired breathing problems. With many branches closing a lot of folks have to make an arduous journey to get there to be greeted by this. I am not impressed with the Post Office counters institution at this moment in time at all

If you are disabled, take a escorts with you, or risk being refused service. That said. Two lifts are normally available and staff will take you via the goods lift, if the main shop customer lift is not working.

Easy to find on this site but very poor in relation to getting through on the phone. Whole heap of options and numbers to push but non relate to passports 🙁

A great post office, they have a brilliant system, modern and quick, taking a ticket seems like an inevitable wait, but not at this post office. The staff are efficient and yet still manage to be friendly. They are always helpful and ready to offer information. Thank you.
