If you value your money, go somewhere else. Went to them twice now and both times I had to cancel my order. There’s no professionalism, they take way too long to reply to emails, the prices of the items don’t match the prices on the website and they over charge you for delivery. There are way better options out there.
Ordered screen-printed t shirts from these guys and the quality of the fabric and screen print was spot on. Really impressed with their service and will continue to order from them! A special thanks to James too for helping me out with the order.
Solid and reliable service and always on the end of an email for quotes and pricing. Very efficient and screen prints have always been top quality.
Great experience with Bar One Clothing. Ordered a few hundred pounds over multiple orders. All came quickly with DPD and were priced well. I needed to change one of the items as I picked the wrong size and the team done this quickly when contacting! Will buy again
Amazing customer service and excellent prices. Sent lots of samples before creation so I knew what would be received. There was a slight issue with some of the garments which they immediately got a courier to pick up and offered a refund. All in all extremely impressed and the company I will be working with again in the future.
First time I've used them. I spoke with Gavin over the phone who explained the whole process. He put my mind at ease. Not only thay he assured me it would be perfect. I ordered and waited with anticipation for my items to arrive. Wow they were perfect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service embroidery and product. I'll be ordering lots more in the future I hope
After being on the receiving end of an unfortunate glitch in the ordering process, I was left waiting over two weeks for my order to find out that it had been automatically cancelled with no refund. As soon as Bar One were aware of the situation they went above and beyond to make sure that I was reimbursed and even overcompensated for the mistake with some gifts. The quality of the order was very good and would highly recommend.
Had an issue with one of the items I received. They sent me a new one right away and didn't charge me the shipping even though I live in another country. Communication was excellent thank you John. Very pleased with the customer service and will definitely be ordering again.
Really glad we found Bar One Clothing as a supplier of our garments! We were super impressed with their prices and speed to reply to our questions. We have been dealing with a very impressive chap called Gavin who is super helpful. Our first order was totally customised and they delivered really fast! The quality of the garments and final customisation was so good that we will be placing another larger order very soon. Thank you Bar One Clothing.
Received my delivery the day after payment, quality of garments surpassed what I had expected for the price and embroidery is fantastic quality. Out of 15 items not one is squint! Have already placed another order many thanks Ian and the team.
