About

KICK...where the world meets, plays babyfoot, and smiles!

Story

BAR KICK, 127 Shoreditch High St, E1 6JE, 020 7739 8700.

Bar Kick grew out of one of Shoreditch High Street's many Shoe Shops and opened its doors in October 2001 to serve coffees, drinks and a few dishes. There were French Table football tables, formica furniture, bare walls and bright lights.

From this day the lights have been dimmed, customers have been helping us to fill the walls (and floors) and we have been well and truly lived-in. The ceilings have been covered with flags and our babyfoot players have improved so much, we can't keep up with them!

Mostly famous for our table football, our basement events, lovingly cooked food and cocktails we are also the place to be to watch live football.

Great atmosphere for the football. Was there twice this week. Both times for the Barcelona games. Have to book it early to get space though as it can get very busy. But great to also play table Foosball with friends before and after the live match.Food: 5/5
The perfect London pub to watch sport. Enough screens, variety of sports, great food and awesome bar service. I travelled from South Africa looking for a place to watch the rugby and premier league and this place didn’t disappoint. DJ was great and interactive also. Thank you Bar Kick!Food: 5/5
This bar is a true hidden gem. I love coming here to de-stress and watch football. Leon’s constant smile and exceptional service always enhances the experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to unwind.Food: 5/5
We booked an area at Bar Kick to watch the England vs Switzerland game, and were allocated a separate area of the bar with a good view of the screens. Service was great, with an easy process for ordering drinks that were delivered directly to our table. Security were excellent and handled the crowd well. Thanks to Bar Kick for organising such a great experience for us.
Toby the Bartender is the epitome of charm and charisma, making him undeniably the sexiest and most magnetic presence in any bar setting. With his effortless style and confident demeanor, he transforms the ordinary act of ordering a drink into a captivating experience. His sharp wit and playful banter not only keep the atmosphere lively but also draw patrons in, creating an inviting space where everyone feels at home. Toby’s ability to connect with people is unparalleled. He has that rare gift of making you feel like the only person in the room, all while crafting cocktails that are as tantalizing as his personality. Each drink he serves is a work of art, reflecting not just his skill but also his passion for mixology. Whether you’re sipping a classic cocktail or something innovative, you can sense the love he pours into every creation. But what truly sets Toby apart is his undeniable magnetism. There’s an electric energy about him that’s hard to ignore. It’s in the way he leans in when you’re talking, the playful glint in his eye, and the warm smile that makes you feel desired. He knows how to make everyone feel special, leaving a lingering impression long after the last drink is served. In a world where many bartenders are simply there to mix drinks, Toby stands out as the best man you could ever hope to encounter behind the bar. He embodies a perfect blend of seduction, humor, and professionalism, making every visit an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a night of fun, laughter, and a bit of flirtation, Toby is the bartender you want serving you. His presence alone ensures that your night out is one to remember. We held a semi-private event here for my husband's birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The space had such a great vibe—our guests loved the location and the atmosphere. We had pre-booked a foosball table and interactive darts, and though there was a small hiccup with the setup in our reserved area, the staff quickly moved us to another room that ended up being even better. It was a huge hit! The team was incredible—super friendly and helpful throughout the night. The food and drinks were spot-on too. We’ll definitely be back!
Came here on a whim to watch a Euro group stage match and had the BEST time ever. Drinks were flowing and ended up making a bunch of friend. Great vibes all around. The staff was great and service was amazing. Special shoutout to our new mate Liam for being so cool and never letting our beers go empty! I will definitely make it a priority to come here again next time I’m in London. 10/10 all around. Cheers to you Bar Kick!
We had a work party at Bar Kick with around 25 people in attendance. The whole process of booking a space to pre-ordering drinks was flawless. On the night, we had Bex and Leon who were incredible! They were super friendly, accommodating to everything we asked and honestly a credit to your team! Would 100% recommend to friends and colleagues and we hope to be back soon! Thanks all!!
The place was clean and very nice. We were there to watch a football game and it was very quite and there were four big TVs. The food prices were okay from £9 to £17. We got a burger which was nice and a good portion, some potatoes with brisket very tasty and nice portion, and two Caesar salads with chicken £14 each which was the worst thing we ordered. We saw a photo online about the portion of the salad but what we got was less than half. There was one egg, half piece of toasted bread, 6 very very small pieces of chicken and 3 leafs of lettuce. This was not worth it. The beers were good around £8 per pint and the coke was around £3-£4 each glass. The service was okay. They had a problem with the visa machine, then the girl working in the bar didn’t know how to use the register to get our order, then we tried paying by cash and she got upstairs to get change only to come back and say that they don’t take cash. When we tried paying by card they split up the bill in half without asking us and we paid half and half we were four people. Expect for the service kind of and the food portions everything else was great!!
Shereen on the door is perfect, keeping the girlies and guys safe in a very cutesy demure and boss way. Lovely bar lovely people!Service: 5/5
