Story

BAR KICK, 127 Shoreditch High St, E1 6JE, 020 7739 8700.

Bar Kick grew out of one of Shoreditch High Street's many Shoe Shops and opened its doors in October 2001 to serve coffees, drinks and a few dishes. There were French Table football tables, formica furniture, bare walls and bright lights.

From this day the lights have been dimmed, customers have been helping us to fill the walls (and floors) and we have been well and truly lived-in. The ceilings have been covered with flags and our babyfoot players have improved so much, we can't keep up with them!

Mostly famous for our table football, our basement events, lovingly cooked food and cocktails we are also the place to be to watch live football.

Hosted the official Mile end football awards here! They were very accommodating and let us use the projector to show our games as well as present the award. Nice casual place with many table football places...
The staff were really helpful, accommodating and polite. Food was very, very good. Wings were fantastic highly recommend. Would have been 4 stars but there were just to many people in there for me. Social distancing was impossible. I know it must be really hard for businesses atm but I have to be honest.
Happy hour everyday 4-7pm... amazing £5 cocktails!! Great vibe and really friendly helpful staff : Fooz ball tables always a plus. Nice and buzzy on a Tuesday evening. We ordered the Kick board with a combo of meats and cheese, was well worth the £10. This is always a local favourite, will be back.
Excellent sports bar with welcoming friendly staff that were happy to accommodate game request. Plenty more tvs downstairs and the food was excellent! Fresh and worth the visit in itself.

Great sports bar in Shoreditch. Went for the first time last Thursday to watch Spurs v LASK. Great service from Simon and the team, very friendly and accommodating. Good atmosphere even with Covid restrictions, can't wait to see what this place will be like when things are back to normal and everyone is watching the big match.
All right. Big screens everywhere however very noisy with loud music and shoutings all the time with people that it's not there for the match properly saying. But it's okay.
It's the popping sports bar in town brilliant service and brilliant food aswell check it out.
