It was a wonderful experience. We visited for my mums birthday. We were treated so nicely from start to finish. The staff were all extremely pleasant and kind and helpful and were on hand as soon as we needed help. The cocktails were all amazing. We loved the selection of foods for the Afternoon tea, particularly the savoury things. This was the best savoury selection I've ever had at an afternoon tea! The decor is fantastic and we had a lot of privacy. Our server made the experience perfect. She had lit candles for my mums birthday and helped me sing happy birthday to her. She was especially attentive to my mum who was experiencing afternoon tea for the first time! Thank you to the entire team. Would definitely recommend a visit!
We visited Map Maison for a Japanese whisky masterclass. Brilliant! Really knowledgeable staff, plus they were so friendly and welcoming. SO many amazing whiskies to try! Plus fantastic cocktails. Highly recommend. We would be regulars if we didn't live so far away! 200 miles away!Food: 5/5

I had an afternoon tea booked with my husband. Our babysitter cancelled on us so we called the venue ahead to ask if we could bring the children given it's a cocktail bar. As it was a weekday and daytime, they were happy to accommodate us and the kids. They don't have any baby changing facilities, which was to be expected as this is more of an adult setting, however our lovely host ensured the kids were looked after. Afternoon tea was lovely, we got some food from the menu for the kids and it was delicious. Would definitely return, for a mummy and daddy date.
Attended this wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere on the bank holiday Monday with my mum as a late Mothers Day treat. The lady who was serving us was thoughtful and attentive. I had put on the booking instructions that we went to a chocolate class before. She remembered this and asked us about it and even ordered to put the chocolates in the fridge . She gave us recommendations which turned out to be spot on! The food and cocktails were tasty. If I’m ever in the area I will be back or possibly for another special occasion. A 10/10 place to spend a fews hours eating good food and drinking tasty cocktails.
We love this place! The ambience. The welcoming and knowledgeable staff. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol it’s nice to go to a place that actually has bartenders making creative mocktails that taste complex, refreshing and like nothing you’ll try anywhere else. You have no idea how much this is appreciated! It really goes to show they’re passionate about what they do. It is what you expect to pay for drinks in London.
Absolutely brilliant day out idea, we was gifted this experience and it was honestly the best virgin media gift package me or my fiancé have ever used. The selection was 10/10, the place itself was super unique and filled top to toe in cool original artworks and it was just so incredibly cosy. Best sofa I've ever sat on in a restaurant, suuuuuper squishy and comfy. Each table is also divided a little so leaning back you're completely secluded as are the surrounding guests in the other booths. Great music and theme overall! And now, don't let me forgot to mention Melissa... My god. Probably the coolest, sweetest most accomodating host I've ever encountered, my fiancé agreed. I feel like we was learning loads about MAP, the menu and without trying to sound cheesy, ourselves. I learnt my new favourite cocktail elements because of this awesome afternoon tea and Mel. My partner even got a super delicious custom made mocktail coz she didn't want anything alcoholic and she was pleasantly surprised too! Honestly can't rate this place high enough. Deserves an 11/10. S-tier++ everything was perfect for us and I get the feeling that's legitimately just their standard at MAP, thanks Mel and thanks MAP Maison for such a lovely afternoon tea. Better than the Swan's, better than the royal garden hotel and my sister used to work there so we got free extras too MAP is better than all of them combined. I bet the other staff are all just as lovely and I'll definitely bee keeping my eye out for offers from them in future even though I live literally like a hundred miles away. Did I already mention this place is top tier S.S+ Maybe even higher. Vegetarian options: Just as delicious as the meaty options. You won't be let down by their selection. Dietary restrictions: Don't have any but they thoroughly checked and explained anything that might also be a factor. Such care and empathy for peeps dietary restrictions. Wheelchair accessibility: All based on the ground floor. Bring anyone you like, they won't be disappointed!
A great place with awesome decor, jazz and an amazing selection of Japanese whisky. Service and knowledge was excellent. We will definitely be going back.Food: 5/5
