Translated by Google Elegant building was built in 1929 to a design by Joseph Vincent Downes. With James Scott's Sinclair Hause of 1926 opposite! I am perhaps the only example of Modernism, art deco in Belfast. Of recognized architectural value but at present it is unused!  Original Elegante edificio fu costruito nel 1929 su progetto di Joseph Vincent Downes. Con il Sinclair Hause di James Scott del 1926 di fronte! sono forse l'unico esempio di  Modernismo, art decò in Belfast. Di riconosciuto valore architettonico ma allo stato attuale è inutilizzato!
