Stunning. Jaffe Memorial Fountain. Open Mon to Sun 24hrs before the 6 week lockdown. Great for sitting at and people watching.
Nice memorial in center of city
Never too busy, great for people watching. Also a good spot if you like motorbikes, as they tend to park up for the display at the weekends.

Shane it doesn't appear to be a functioning fountain but is very bright and eye catching. Couldn't find anything to say what it was about unfortunately.
