Such a fun place for young and old. The model village is amazing, made in great detail and good sense of humor make sure to read little signs on the model buildings and take your time looking through details
Lovely afternoon spent at the model village. We arrived around 2:30pm which worked really well because the Christmas lights gradually came on while we were there. The addition of the lights and extra characters etc. for Christmas really made it feel magical. Crazy Golf is a nice bonus because you don't have to pay extra. All the models are incredibly well made and decorated, with lots of details and humour to spot on the way around. The various spotter trails also kept our youngest going as the rest of us spent time ambling round.nnMy only niggle is that £69 seems like a lot of money for two hours entertainment for the family. But to be fair, many attractions are at least this much now.
A truly incredible place to visit! The level of detail and sheer scale of the models is truly remarkable. Set on a hill, you can lose yourself with the stories it tells. The time taken to make everything look just perfect is staggering. No doubt going round two or three times, you'll pick up on things missed the first time round. I'd highly recommend visiting!
Great day out we spent just under 3 hours here. Crazy golf is included. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really like the humor n the history of where it started. So much detail and love creates such a place.nnThe fact it's dog friendly as well is a bonus although we didn't take the dogs just gor other reasons..
What a wonderful model village! We had no wait to get in, but I know it can be busy during the summer as it is very popular. It is slightly more on the expensive side for an attraction like this, however there is a lot to see!nThere are so many new models since the last time I went in 2021, and they are very well made. There is so many little details to see while you're wandering around.nThere is now a crazy golf mini course at the half way point which is a great added new feature!nI'd say it's definitely worth a visit if you have older children who will appreciate the finer little details involved, and won't want to run ahead and miss the intricate funny parts!nThe village is on a steep hill, so if you have mobility issues it may not be for you, however it is doable with a pushchair... but a child that age probably won't get the full appreciation of the attraction.nOverall, we really enjoyed the visit, especially as we went on an illuminations night. The free return within 7 days is great too, and makes it even more worth while.
