Visited yesterday and received fantastic customer service was looked after as soon as i walked in, the young lady who guided me to the correct isle could tell i was lost and got me the item i needed. Then onto the customer collection as i bought something online, the gent who got me my order was 1st class as there was an issue with the order. Well done B & Q and its redditch staff.
This is for Darcy, who just dealt with such a rude and disrespectful customer with such professionalism and grace which is more than I would have treated him with. A credit to herself and the store!!
Update March 2025nnAnother great visit to this really well managed business.nnI was struggling With the complexity of buying A heavy duty stapler And approached a group of 3 staff who were congregating together And addressing no one in particular outlined the issue I was having.nnA young man named Luke stepped forward and came to my assistance.nnHe led to to the aisle with the assortment and after a few simple questions narrowed down the choice to what he believed was the one that most clearly suited my needs.nTop marks to Luke and the management nnI suffer from an invisible disability but when I visited the store one of the staff a young lady by the name of Maisy noticed that I was having a little difficulty and came to my assistance.nShe was polite kind professional empathetic cheerful and happy and is an absolute credit to the company.nI asked her permission to take a picture and leave a review her happy smiling face said it all.nGood luck to the company, this branch and this young lady in her future career.
I like this b and q the staff are very helpful, not a massive store but i usually get what i need from here
Love that this store is still going!nWhether it's wood or paint, I always find what I need
