First of all the staff was rude and not very helpful in this situation. I had ordered some candles to pick up click and collect at the Store. I went to pick them up with my email as proof as purchase (like instructed on the email) and i was told they weren’t there and that I needed to go home and get proof it was delivered to that store specifically because there hadn’t been any deliveries. I came back 15 minutes later with extra proof that they didn’t even look at and my parcel magically appeared. I won’t be ordering there again.

Staff abit miserable, seemed abit peeved when I asked for something. Well stocked though.
