I went this morning at B&Q Gravesend to buy a heater and had a great experience! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and I found a nice quartz heater - good quality and very affordable price. There are lots of Black Friday deals on right now, so its perfect time to grab some great products. Stay warm this winter and don't miss out!
Recently decorated my hallway, landing and stairs, with all products from B&Q Gravesend.nReally please with the results. There was an offer on flooring at the time and it worked out to be cheaper then I thought.nThe staff were great with helping with all the items I need, they also pointed out some tips to make my job easier.nWould happily shop there again a well deserved 5 out 5 stars.
B&Q in Gravesend is a huge expansive store, so vast and accessible.nEasy access and convenient parking outside.nnA multitude of products in Store for your DIY projects and needs. Everything is clearly marked up with signs for each section.n• Electricn• Plumbingn• Bathroomn• Gardenn• KitchennThe list goes on and on.nnThe prices of the products are reasonable and value for money.nnI bought a Blind for a Bay Window and it didn’t have all the parts inside; however on returning to the store the helpful staff exchanged the Blind in no time at all.nnHighly recommended.
Very slow, not enough staff. The lady that came over to the paint was helpful, but Im a tradesman.. I came in to collect a tub of paint, and it took more than 30 minutes to collect paint that another store had put a side for me. Then the queue to buy had 7/8 people waiting with only one serving.nnEventually realised that there is a single self serve till, but it wasn't signed.nnOverall.. the lack of staff let's the store down
We ordered some garden furniture for click and collect from this branch as our local branch didn't have availablity.nYour store colleague, Rob, was very helpful and a credit to the company!!nFirst, I had a slight crisis when I saw the size of the box this came in. Major underestimation on my behalf, as I was expecting a flat pack, this was not the case! There weren't any trolleys available so Rob wheeled it out to the car for us on his. Then he helped us remove it all from the packaging so it would fit in the car!nAbsolutely phenomenal customer service! I would definitely use this branch again, thanks Rob!
