Absolutely fabulous and understanding staff. When my parents dog passed away a few days ago they were very graceful bringing her in was understanding of how upset they were. Once they had gone home they rung and offered to take her collar off and return it then today sent my mum a grievance card with a paw print on of her German Shepherd which made their day. Absolutely wonderful people thanks to everyone who helped us out. 😊😙❤

The staff are nice enough and helpful but there is hardly ever staff around to serve/help people unless you wait ages, you have to wait forever to get served or seen and they often serve people who were there after you, before you. They dont know what they are doing. I think communication is lacking as is staff in store, most seem to be outback doing other stuff. I hate going in there. I waited 40 minutes last time just to get served some fish. This is not uncommon. If you want say just one thing, expect a long wait and lots of standing around. Dont be in a hurry if you go there.

My cat came in 2 weeks ago for her yearly check up whilst doing this Paul discovered she had a hole in her tooth and 3 others were infected she was booked in a week later to have all 4 removed Paul rang us when she woke to tell us how it went and when to pick her up. Staff always lovely and friendly and Paul always takes the time to answer any questions we have, cant thank them enough for the care they give.

We took our Golden Retriever here, despite warnings from other dog owners that they were not the best: it was a necessity unfortunately, and the girl who served us when we booked him in was friendly and helpful and this put us at ease. We paid the £15 deposit under the promise that this would be deducted from the final price. A few days before our dogs' appointment, I went to inform them they I would be half an hour late picking him up. They said this was fine.

When I collected our dog, I was told in no uncertain terms that I would have to pay a late fee. I explained that i had already informed them as such, but the girl didn't believe me. I only got out of paying because the girl who initially served me was present and said that she forgot to note it down. 

My dog was physically distressed when we collected him. I was told rudely (by the girl who initially served us, after complaining about the fact that she had been drafted in from Gillingham and didn't know anything about this store) that my dog was "very stubborn" and that I needed to train him with a hair dryer. My dog is not scared of the hair dryer; he actually enjoys playing with it, so this does beg the question as to why he was so distressed that he pulled the H bar out of the wall. 

When we got home, I discovered that the extras we paid for his ears and teeth to be cleaned had not happened. His claws had not been clipped and he was still wet. We also discovered that they had not deducted the deposit and had therefore charged us £70 all in all. I am curious as to what exactly they did do; spray him with doggy deodorant and leave him in the crate? My good natured and laid back dog was a state.

Money-grabbing, incapable and presumably bad tempered, the grooming station at this store needs some serious intervention. Conveniently the website is down, so we can't even complain and get a refund. 

Avoid.
