Ikea kitchen quality at double the price. Not pleased with the quality of the kitchen at all. Customer service was not great either. People I spoke to were not helpful and even a bit rude. They were nice up until I signed contract and paid then became very unhelpful.
I recently had some problems with my kitchen doors. They were out of warranty and Howdens were under no obligation to do anything about it. Their manager Steve Hayes came out to see me, took photos and said he would do what he could. He kept in touch with me and the quality control department duly agreed to replace them. Howdens even offered to deliver the replacements. Outstanding customer service in my book.
Really friendly and polite girls behind the counter and warehouse lad was really good aswell, served with a smile, excellent service
We bought some internal doors the lady was very knowledgeable and told us we needed very good
Staff were very helpful, friendly service
So so helpful cant wait to get my lovely kitchen
Had what I wanted in stock. Served quickly.
