I have given 5 stars to Lewis. He was so immensely helpful despite lack of staff and a computer system that wouldn't work properly. The rest of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Come on B&Q, make life a bit easier for your staff, they deserve it.

Guys I advice you never to shop here I never never in my life made complain but this is the first time so once again don't shop here is the worse place in planet to shop with my experience there and especially upsetting my little girl I made millions off complains to they costumer services and I was told some one will call me with next 72 hours but they never bothered to call back and this case is 2 months now

Quite a small B&Q, not much variety. Nice wood tho, I like wood.

Unfortunately I had a small accident with some paint and it wasn't received very well. A lot of tutting and huffing and complaining to a colleague when she thought I couldn't hear. We all have the odd accident - didn't need to be quite so grumpy about it.
