Just wanted to take the time to highly recommend Carpetright, Cheadle. Everyone we came into contact with Norma, Mark and Gareth were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt they really cared and wanted the best for us and were very accommodating when it came to dates and fitting. Very happy with our new carpets, thanks everyone!

Very pleased with the carpet. Excellent value in the sale. Looks and feels great. Knowledgeable staff member in store. Also, top marks to the fitters. Really pleased with the fit - flawless. Only trouble now, is I need to do the rest of the house as it shows up the existing bedroom carpets!
Very poor service. I have phone 7 times since 9.30 this morning it is now 10.40 and nobody has answered my call. Perhaps they do not want my order
Not as much carpetright, more carpetsortof. Not sure this business model works as well as it could do.
We came on a Saturday afternoon because we need to recarpet our whole house. Only one customer in store so not busy. We didn't even get a 'hello' from the two staff members who were there. Stayed around for about 10 minutes and then left when we were clearly invisible to the staff! The lack of any attention was bordering on being rude in my opinion. If you have any queries or need advice then go elsewhere!
Norma has been a great help really knows what she is talking about and extremely friendly
Always dubious here. They came and measures for our carpet and we had it fit by a third party. They had measured it to the mm which made it difficult to fit and also claimed I had added the extra room on myself when it was ordered which didbt happen. Carpet is good though and we got a good price in their sale
Great service from Norma
Went looking for lounge carpet and flooring for the kitchen. Steve the salesman was very knowledgable and patient. Great selection of products and range of prices
