Went to get some bits for stocking fillers..down the toy aisle there was 2 boxed Harry the hamsters left on the aisle but the boxes were so badly damaged they couldn't not have been used as a gift. Placed in trolley to ask at checkout of a discount may be given..even 10% would have been a start. The young girl called for the till manager to come and see the boxes and to authorise for any discount . When she finally came and granted the store was busy she made no interaction with me and not once acknowledged I was even there. She just said to the girl on till in a really under handed tone..no no discount for box damages and walked away, this may seem trivial to some but her job is front facing and dealing with customers under any types of business is what she is paid to do. Clearly not some one who cares about the customer. I will not name her but what I shall say is if you know what you want and don't need to disturb the staff then it's a decent place, if you do then expect bottom line service

Gardening supplies great on price and quality, but much of the hardware in the main shop is pretty poor quality and doesn't last long - get what yo pay for, it's cheap at least.

This stores is alway run in a strange way, que's caused by to few tills open & staff wondering about with bits of stock. Friendly at the till. Not sure if it has a manager.

Plenty of choice. But some of the staff are more like the walking dead. There's more go in a aspro.

Went 20 minutes over parking limit and although I spent 150 pounds there i got a 90 pound fine
