A truly excellent Aquatics centre. The tanks are always spotless and I never see a dead fish nor any with diseases. The fish I have got from there (Butterfly Koi for the pond. Ryukin Goldfish, Corydoras catfish, Twig catfish and Sturisoma) have ALL been healthy beautiful fish and they allowed me to pick specific fish as well. A Sturisoma I purchased recently, I bought 2 from there but one of them in particular  is just stunning.

The aquariums and cabinet selection,  tank equipment, pond equipment, accessories  and food selection is extensive and 2nd to none. Not once have I gone in there for something and not found what I need. Their aquatic plant section is brilliant as well. They no longer sell marine fish but I believe they sell marine equipment. 

But most of all, ALL the staff that work there are amazing. They are helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They offer advice when you need it and at no point do they ever look down  at you or snub you (like they do in Pets at Home). For example when I purchased 2 Twig Catfish. I already had 1 and knew they can be difficult to keep unless you have excellent water quality as they are super sensitive. The chap that caught them also knew this and was seriously careful in trying to net them as he knew they were delicate and didn't want to thrash them about. 

I also recently built a 2nd pond and was choosing a filter for it. The same gentleman came over to ask if I needed help so I told him what I was looking for and he recommended a particular pump. It was a little more expensive than I had planned to pay however trusted his judgement and I'm so glad I did as the pump is fantastic and kept the water crystal clean. 

A really brilliant place for aquatics and I cannot rate them highly enough.

Absolutely BRILLIANT customer service at the Wyevale garden centre Nether Poppleton store. I've set up a Shrimp Tank with fantastic guidance, and we are also setting up a tropical fish tank, and have had a few problems, but again they have helped!!!
